To complete an assessment for them
Level 1: Introduction + How would you manage team communication and design discussions? + What is your design process? + Share your experience about interacting with clients/superiors/juniors/different teams in the organization + Past projects/CV and Resume discussion. Level 2: Assignment provided with a brief and a time limit of a week. Level 3: Assignment presentation to the entire design team with follow up questions on the same. This took about an hour. Level 4: Introduction, assignment and portfolio discussion with the team lead and the design team lead Level 5: Work culture based questions. Offer discussion and Interviewee's questions, if any.
