The McKinsey website basically tells you the interview questions they are going to ask so that you can prepare your responses.

Questions centered around performance management and organizational strategy
The interview was very conversational in nature, which made it comfortable. I was asked to describe areas under the scope of Human Resource where I had proven success and to elaborate on any particular areas that I was more or less passionate about.
