HR asked me my current experience , salary and told me they will arrange an interview after forwarding the profile to hiring manager. They came back and told me since my salary is low I may not be a good performer in my last company. How come they decide without interviewing me. This is pathetic from HR end after getting feedback from hiring manager. Not sure how they decide my performance without arranging interview.
