They asked some character questions regarding resilience and work ethic etc..
They asked what experience I had for the position and if it matched the qualifications required. What are my daily responsibilities currently with my position? Would I be able to work in a distraction-free environment? Phone interviews asked me to tell them about myself, why I found the role interesting, what I felt I could contribute to it, and what I thought was most important qualifies to have as a recruiter.
