The most difficult part for me was when during the role-play interview I had to persuade the manager of the company. At that time she pretended very hard to disagree with me. I had to keep a delicate balance between completing the task - persuading her, yet not to disregard her arguments. Overall it was a positive experience and now, after some experience working with this company I can say for sure that it was expected of me to insist on my point. I didn't expect to have to get on the phone and cold-call healthcare workers to get them to come in for interviews. I had plenty of experience cold-calling individuals with my previous recruiting work so it was not really an issue for me though.
