The interviews were both the easiest I've ever had, and I've been on countless interviews. I'd say the most unexpected question was what my expectations of Weis Markets are. The interview questions asked seemed too easy though. I was asked about my biggest weakness, why I wanted to work for the company, what type of work I did at other jobs, and what skills I have that would be an asset to the positions I'm applying for. Nothing too difficult and both interviews were quite short.
The interview went smoothly and there was no issue of unexpected questions asking during the interview and thus I do not have anything to share in this section.
