They are multi-questioned interviews. The only one I recall is What experience can you share where you had to deal with a difficult customer? What was the experience? What was the problem? What tools did you use to resolve the problem? and How did you handle the situation?
Typical run of the mill; When have you had a situation that you had to deal with an upset customer ect.
Explain a time when you provided excellent customer service.
Name a situation in which you had a fellow employee that was not pulling their own in regards to workload. What do you do? What was the outcome? How did it effect the work environment?
what my motivation to work for them was.
Why do you enjoy working with customers?
What is something you regret?
What are your weakness? Why work for Target?
One question made absolutely no sense. Can you tell me about a time where you did expect to see the outcome but you saw something else and had to handle it differently than expected. I might have it a little wrong but at the time it made no sense.
