(1st interview) walk me through your previous positions that you have put on your resume. (2nd interview with the team lead) tell me something about you professional that I don't see on your resume. Walk me through a time you sacrifice a short term thing to gain a long term thing. (2nd interviewer basically she just read off questions over her list, it wan't a pleasant conversation, very demanding and seems like the question can be simplify and ask out straightly but she made it much more difficult to understand and to answer, it doesn't meet one of Amazon's principls Invent and Simplify. the whole conversation was about 30 mins

For starters, they asked thorough, extremely well thought-out questions about my background. They also zeroed-in on details from the case studies I presented. And they asked several questions—e.g., what type of work environment do you prefer?—designed to gauge cultural fit. As noted, the questions were challenging. But I appreciated that level of detail.

General questions about background, working remote, my style of working, etc. No technical questions.
Lots of behavioral questions.
