I don't recall it being very technical (but that's also because it's not a very technical role). There was one moment where I mentioned an upcoming regulation and I was asked to explain it. The questions were mostly about my experience, motivation for joining and proving that I could add value.

The interview questions varied greatly between each interviewer. Some questions were typical "interview" questions. For example, "Tell me about your experience with XYZ." Other questions were completely unique. For example, "Tell me about the 'real' you. Let's drop the interview line of questioning and let's get to know each other." I actually enjoyed every single conversation. It was amazing! I have never felt that way about an interview process at any other company.
