I was asked about a marketing channel I had owned and how I measured its success, with rigorous questioning on my selection and assessment of engagement metrics. I was also asked how I would approach briefing a creative team on a new mailer project. In addition, I was asked math questions in multiple interviews: one focused on calculating LTV, and another was a problem about a virtual wheel incentive that required estimating how much product would be given away based on users’ website visits. Despite completing a case study, I was not asked any questions about my approach or reasoning.
