There were no interview questions. They told me I would be brought into the client straightaway due to my subject matter expertise.

They ask a lot of questions that are specific to explaning a similar situation or interaction with a customer where you went out of your way or helped them in some way. A lot of customer service questions (obviously.) The hardest one is about if you ever had a confrontation at work and how did you handle it or if you have ever disagreed with a customer, etc.
Its more toward the technology side
Questions are specific to the skill required for the position applied which is very good
