Honestly I can not recall. It was over 5 years ago, but I do recall us discussing some possible struggles employees sometimes encounter, and my questions were addressed in a manner which made reassured me of my ability to competently do the job I was applying for.
She asked me about my comfort level with a variety of skill sets and client populations. I thought this was a valuable conversation to insure that the candidate (me) fully understood the scope of services offered at this location.
