Substance Abuse Interview Questions

How I felt about going out to lunch without the team after work from time to time, and if they ate Mexican would I be bothered by someone having a margarita. This was at the end of the interview, and it stuck with me because it showed that they cared about ensuring staff was not uncomfortable around other staff, even after hours. The rest of the interview was normal stuff like "tell me about a time you had a problem at work and how did you resolve it", things along those lines, and nothing really stuck out. I still remember the margarita question and smile.
