Walk me through the three financial statements. How do the three financial statements interact? How does $XX of depreciation change the three financial statements? What is WACC? What is Beta? What is CAPM? How do you determine the capital structure of a company? What are some ways you can value a company? Brain teasers and long multiplication will be asked (if you pass the person in second place, what place are you in?/ 17x24). Expect some higher level accounting questions. There is also a writing case study portion and an accounting quiz.
