There was a detailed scenarion question about vendors missing commitments and jobs possibly leaving later than expected to the customer. What do you do? This is tricky considering you have to keep, cost, quality, and time in mind and make sure they know you are aware of this, but be as empathetic as you can to on-time customer delivery.
Tell me about a time when you had to provide difficult feedback to someone in Senior management related to them? This was a difficult one because the one that I chose to share was able to be partially flipped back at me (as if I may have taken the situation out of context). Didn't cost me the job, but it did cause a doubt in the interviewer's mind.
