I don't remember the exact questions, but it mostly just felt like questions about my resume experiences and then a few behavioral questions that you would expect at any interview.

Most could be answered in the STAR format, though my interviewer provided little physical or verbal feedback, even when I knew I'd fully-answered the question. One example was the multi-faceted "Tell me about a time you knew you weren't going to be able to meet a deadline. How did you approach your superior or professor? What was the result?

They asked me about my former employer and what I would have changed about their style of management. They also asked me to give examples of former colleagues that I worked well with and did not work well with.
