What is your greatest strength. What was the best thing you have done in your last position. I was interviewed by 4 supervisors who seemed that they were fresh out of college, and didn't have interviewing skills. The interviewers were dressed very casual, almost sloppy. From my resume, they confirmed that I did have the skills for the position when they were asking about the flow of work in my last position. When I started to ask them questions, most of them didn't really know a lot of the details of the job, and just stated that I would be supporting R.N.'s that weren't that computer savvy (their words). The R.N.'s work remotely and they need to log into various facilities to complete reviews on a timely basis. Since there is multiple VPN logins, the systems do get hung up frequently. I felt that all in all the interview went well. At this point I asked what the salary range was, and I was informed that information would only be discussed by HR, providing I was given an offer. I was actually made to feel that I shouldn't have asked. I was told that they would be deciding quickly, the beginning of next week. I didn't get an offer, and I didn't get an acknowledgement that they went with another candidate.
