Initial phone screening interview was done on the same day. (General questions regarding resume and availability) Was called by Manager next day to discuss my resume. Questions asked: General questions regarding my background and academics. Why and how did I choose my Master's degree? Describe my learning during my Master's degree? Which courses did I enjoy the most? My understanding of the role advertised? Was called in next week for face to face interview. Due to my medical background, I was advised there will be a clinical team member present during interview. Interviewed by Clinical QA manager, Support Manager and HR. General questions regarding background, my knowledge and understanding of company's products, my understanding of role and overall attitude towards work and role. Was called in next week to have face to face meeting with the Managing Director who after initial general questions regarding my understanding of the role and products offered a split role. Suggestion: Read about the company for a better interview experience.
