Na entrevista com o RH foram feitas perguntas sobre minha experiência anterior e situações que me marcaram. E por último, a entrevista com o líder da área que me perguntou como era o meu dia-a-dia, sistemas que usei, experiências de atendimento, etc.

Company and role walk through. Tried to make the company sound impressive by saying where all the office locations are. Then did a resume walk through and asked how I would approach solving general technical support issues. Emphasized that the role would not involve programming/software development, although knowledge of it would be beneficial.
