Technical interview consisted of working through a Q/A session testing my knowledge of Linux. This was followed up by placing me in a scenario where I was presented with some customer support ticket problems, and I had to show how I would react to the problems in terms of how I would go about resolving them. How did I arrive at resolution? How did I request information from the 'customer'? What information did I request from the 'customer'?
