During the Miaplaza customer support assessment, one key question was how I would handle an upset customer requesting a refund. They wanted to see if I could stay calm, understand the customer’s concern, and explain the next steps clearly and kindly.
Had me mock walk through & explain how to use an app (of my choice) as if they were someone who had never seen or heard of this app before.
How did you resolve a situation with a customer where they were upset (or something along those lines)?
