You answer a 15 min IQ test, followed by two english proficciency exams, then an extremely bad designed "Business Acumen" test. Followed by a test for lawyers that measures Critical Thinking. Finally you answer two business cases. The first one is very basic reorganization and cost cutting exercise. And the second one is writting a prompt for ChatGPT. Both cases seem extremely simple compared the pay grade, which IMO makes it suspicious... Either they don't know how to design proper business cases as McKinsey, Bain, or BCG would do.... or they are simply conducting a Big Data experiment and the position is non-existent.
