I didn't even get my foot in the door. I saw a position listed on Glassdoor for an executive assistant. I sent my resume at 12:30pm and a response came back at 12:39pm thanking me for my interest. At 12:45pm, another email came from them saying "after carefully reviewing my application, we have decided not to proceed with your candidacy". Carefully? Really? You evaluated my resume of 15 years of experience and decided in less than 10 minutes I'm not qualified??? I don't buy it. Regardless, I would have serious doubts about working for a company that makes hasty decisions like that.
