I completed a phone screen with the recruiter and then was moved on to an interview with the hiring manager. Similar to so many other candidate’s stories, I was “ghosted” by the company. The hiring manager informed me that I would hear back from them shortly and never heard back. The manner in which companies treat their candidates says a lot about them, which tells me that I’m glad I was not moved forward. It does not take much effort to respond to a candidate to inform them that they were not selected. For that reason, I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their values clearly don’t cover the candidate experience.
