The recruiter completely missed the first interview, so it had to be rescheduled. During the second interview, the interview felt very informal with not many questions related to the job itself or technical questions. I was even asked if I was married. How is that related to the job? I'm not even sure that's legal to ask. I was hoping this interview would be much more technical in nature, but I wasn't really asked anything other than if I had any more questions, so that seemed really odd. I later got an email (after having to follow up with them) that they felt I didn't have the experience needed, despite showing a strong technical foundation. I'm really confused as to how they came to that conclusion. Perhaps the only positive experience was that the recruiter was responsive to my emails.
If you're thinking about applying here, don't. Save yourself the time and apply elsewhere. They don't seem to have their stuff together.
A preliminary interview with a recruiter then 2 separate interviews with senior software engineers. Got invited to final 6 hr interview. All the interviewers were friendly and the flow of the interviews were smooth
