I was contacted for an interview on a Monday and had an interview within a few days. The day before the interview, the person I was to be speaking with attempted to conduct it early and with no notice. After a few strange emails about having wires crossed, an interview was confirmed for the following day. On the day of the interview, my interviewer attempted to reschedule 45 mins prior in an email that went undetected. When the interview began, my interviewer looked as if she had just gotten out of bed and the interview was 15 mins. Even with 13 years experience listed on my resume, I was told that I may be better suited for the role I'm currently in, not the one I was interviewing for. I also was asked about salary expectations in which I was never actually told what the compensation for this role entailed.
