Despite my better judgement after reading Sweetgreen ghosts people during the interview process, I applied and interviewed with them anyway. I spoke to the recruiter on the phone, then the hiring manager over video chat. I understand if a company doesn't want to move someone to the next round, but ghosting is highly unprofessional, and their lack of communication is indicative of poor communication skills throughout the org. I don't recommend putting any energy into talking to this company at all.

Recruiter reached out via email, then scheduled very quick phone interview. Recruiter was lacking in knowledge about the role/team and did not follow-up with a yes or no after the interview. Did not have answers to questions I asked and then did not respond to a follow-up email I sent to check in on the process. Would have appreciated some kind of acknowledgement either way. As others have noted here on Glassdoor, sweetgreen recruiters just ghost you. Super unprofessional and flippant initial experience with a company.
