1. Phone screen 2. Take home data driven assignment 3. Interview with hiring manager The interview process was weird, and the take home assignment took a significant amount of work. At the end of the process, I left with the feeling that they were not hiring for this role at all. It seemed like they were fishing for ideas and new perspectives on the problems they face.
