Nice and sweet. It was short and more about life Experience rather than academic experience. It was at at restaurant before it opened snd they needed people so it was not competitive.
Sweetgreen asked about previous experience working in food industry, and asked about customer service experience and situations and how I would handle specific personalities. Virtual interview. They got back to me within a week. Pretty self explanatory. Interview was for one minute. They asked the questions. You record on your phone and send it to them.
