I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at symplr (Bengaluru) in Jul 2025
Interview
The overall interview process was well structured and the questions were thoughtful and relevant. However, being ghosted post-interview reflects poorly on company's professionalism. It is advisable to seek clarity beforehand on whether the company provides feedback or a communicates results after the interview. This will help candidates like me or anyone manage their time and expectations better. While interviews are valuable learning experiences, they also involve emotional investment and genuine eagerness to contribute. Transparency and timely communication go a long way in building a respectful and positive candidate experience. Any questions related to interview you can reach out to me via LinkedIn. Best wishes :)
