Showcase these skills by discussing how you would handle a personal disagreement between two coworkers, a conflict about business procedures or decisions, and other problems. You can also talk about arguments that you helped resolve between colleagues at your previous job.

My particular technical interview involved a series of questions about routing protocols, QoS, MPLS and generic networking information. There weren't any particularly difficult questions if you know the topics, but there were questions about load balancing routing protocols, some BGP questions and some OSPF questions

Situational Question in terms of project
There is no format given. One is asked to do a technical presentation. Then a few guys (two disgruntle guys (one guy whose was involved in software development and another Chinese guy who does not have a clue about system engineering, asked questions totally non - relevant to the position. This position has been vacant for over two years. The reason they are unable to fill are due to these two disgruntle employees. Please dont waste your time.
