I was told about a position that had been vacant for a while, and asked how I would recruit for it. However, be prepared for many behavioral questions and how they relate to how you would handle the position. All the questions were aimed at painting a picture of how I would get the job done.
Interviewer did not fully read my resume or research my experience. They encouraged me to pursue a more administrative role based on my current job title - not my current duties.
