Have you recruited for tech roles? How many and what type of tech. roles have you hired for? Briefly describe the most challenging recruitment process you have led? What was challenging? Why? What actions did you take to close the role? How many years of experience do you have leading Talent Teams? Tell us about a challenging experience you faced leading a team remotely. When was the last time you had that ah-ha moment from an insight you discovered in your data? Tell us a bit about the insight and what it inspired you to do. We are hiring for 2 roles. Role A has these parameters: 1000 candidates applied. From those: 100 made it to the technical challenge, 20 to the 1st interview, 9 to the second interview and 1 got hired. We took 50 days to fill this role and spent EUR 6,000 on advertising. Role B has these parameters: 100 candidates applied. From those: 40 made it to the technical challenge, 20 to the 1st interview, 10 to the second interview and 1 got hired. We took 70 days to fill this role and spent EUR 6,000 on advertising. Which role performed better and why?
