Some of the interviewers came from an angle of how caring or supportive you would be other analytical and data driven while other were from a customer support perspective. All questions come from caring about their coaches, the product and the customer experience which is a tricky triangle to balance at times.

How would you improve the recruitment process?
Normal recruiting questions; interviewer got hung up on time to fill and didn't understand ongoing and ad hoc positions. I had to explain over and over until she continued to ask the same question because she didn't understand. I felt like I was being interrogated.
