There were many questions about employee relations. This surprised me as employee relations was not mentioned at all in the job description. It wasn’t even alluded to. I am guessing that this is what the other reviewer was referring to when she said that the job, as described by the person who interviewed them, did not match the job that was advertised.

Behavioural and experience-based questions related to the role We will be looking for evidence-based answers to the following questions and topics: Ways of working - motivation, collaboration How do you ensure hiring targets are successfully achieved? What is your approach to partnering with hiring teams and managers? What is your approach to building diverse teams? What achievement are you most proud of? Motivations for wanting to join hyperexponential Task: Assignment We would love to see some examples of your work. Since so much of what we do as recruiters is based around written work, I'd like to ask you to send along samples from each of the following categories please: Two examples of external communication to a candidate; one of candidate outreach and one of interview preparation material. We're not looking for templates used by your team but rather an individual, detailed, and informative email. One example of internal communication to a hiring manager, hiring team, or stakeholders: this email can include a hiring kick-off meeting, candidate positioning or a project update (a sourcing session, an event, or another initiative would work well here).
