Briefly pitch to us a software tool or platform that you recommend we should use to improve our recruiting effectiveness? Please provide links to their websites, and describe how we should use the tool to improve candidate quality, reduce recruiting time, reduce costs or all three. Hint we already use LinkedIn Recruiter and evaluating Gem so no need to mention those.
Round 1- It was completely technical. Related to my basic intro, current organization roles and responsibilities. On which profiles i have worked on. Whatever tech stack i have used. on which portals i have worked on! Round 2- That was my face to face it was technical cum managerial round the discussion was really good. The best part was panel asked me to explain more about my expectations. She asked me some technical, and situational based questions also the main focus was on interpersonal skills as well! Round 3 - That was general discussion which includes HR Policies and salary discussion!
