After applying online via LinkedIn I got an email asking to fill out an assessment test...The "test" took 45 min or so. About 150 really quick personality questions "are you more likely to" type questions easy but long. I guess I failed b/c the next day I got a not moving forward email

This was the first time I encountered this type of question, but I think it’s an effective way to assess whether the interviewee can reason through mathematical exercises that may seem simple to some. It provides insight into their problem-solving approach and thought process, which is valuable for understanding each participant's reasoning skills.
