Tell me about a unique sourcing strategy that you have used that made a positive candidate experience. In the prep call the R4R said they would focus on 3 parts: Candidate Engagement, Communication, and Initiative. I wouldn't say the questions were highly tailored to these 3 areas but did somewhat relate.
Why Facebook?
Questions were pretty standard and mostly conversational. They asked about strengths, weaknesses, previous experiences and asked you to present Coursera as you would to a potential recruit.
What is your sourcing process? What tools do you use? What do you do when you receive a req to work on?
Roleplay: pretend I am a candidate who is interviewing at your company. What are the selling points?
How many offers did you extend during your current role? What were blockers to offers declined?
