Owner clearly has a type. 1 or 2 blondegrl recruiters find you on LinkedIn and pushes hard to get you on the phone with John Raeder. Another reviewer made a Trump reference about this guy - very on target. I got a call after what was a boozy Cherry Creek lunch with 'college classmates'. Raeder sounded like a "Trump", but thru out a BIG salary # that made it worth it to me to meet for an on-sight interview. No one, Raeder, Blondgrl, or the guys doing the interview could provide me with a job description. The minute I walked into the conf room I knew the salary # put out was BS. The tech interview guys were polite, but had clearly been put thru this ringer before. CEO guy drags someone in they never had a chance to vet. Oh, and they will tell you to park in the garage, but will not offer to validate your parking.
