A lot of tell me about a time when you... type questions.
No hard questions, you just have to think back on past experiences you've had and describe to the interviewers what you did in the certain situations they ask you to recall, i.e. explain to me a time when you made a mistake and how you fixed it.
They asked the sales question about a customer not finding the shoes they need in stock and what would I do. didn't really make sense for an AP job
Tell me about a time when your long term goals affected your everyday actions.
Tell me about a time when you were doing a group project and it failed. How did you respond?
They ask a lot of "tell me about a time...." or "explain how you did/overcame..." to see if you can navigate through a scenario and provide context, outcome, learnings.
When was a time you had to stick up for yourself?
