I can't remember it word per word, but they asked "Tell me a time" STAR questions. - When you had to deal with a change and how did you handle it? - When there was an issue with one of your peers and how did you handle it with management? - When there was a disagreement with another coworker? - You had to start a project from start to finish? - When you communicated with the client for a project? They asked follow up questions based on your answer.

I was not prepared to be asked to work nights and weekends. They were only looking to fill shift work. It makes perfect sense that individuals prepare their taxes when they aren't working so call volumes would be highest during nights and weekends, but ads did not provide any indication that they were looking for night and weekend help.
