Talked about background and experience. Nothing difficult, and was very conversational.
Why I was interested in the firm?
It was very conversational, so it was about my work experience in the past & more personal type questions, which I actually really appreciated because it felt like they were trying to get to know me not only as a professional, but as a person.
The main issue was the salary requirements. ~$25K under my current compensation.
