Describe a time you had to discipline a child who was not your own. Describe a time you dealt with an upset parent. What does the typical preschool day look like? Describe the role of the assistant teacher... how do you manage/work with the assistant? What does the YMCA mean to you / why are you interested in working at the Y?
The questions were very straight forward and comon to the field. The most challenging question for both parties is always the mesh of teaching philosophies.
