There were 3 rounds in total. 1st was assessment that comprised of MS Excel and Data Interpretation questions (Easy - Medium level difficulty) 2nd round was online interview. Questions asked : a) Tell me about yourself b) Tell me about your experience as a Team Leader c) If you were to start a new process , how would you do it and what are the important skills you'll check for in a candidate. d) About my current work experience (roles and responsibilities, challenges faced etc) 3rd round was also an online interview The interviewer asked : a) Self introduction b) Who is a successful team leader according to you c) How would you deal with an underperforming team mate who is not willing to level up. d) Few questions about current work experience (roles and responsibilities)
