i had a negative impression after the last stage with a practice group lead—it seemed like they were specifically seeking a 'perfect match' someone who says ' i dream about this job'. When I expressed interest in other industries, there was a noticeable hesitation on their end, and I realized we wouldn't be moving forward. No regrets on my side, though.
