Living in Iowa - it's hard to know how long you'll stay when you're new to Iowa. Everything is great initially, but life changes. They offer to pay you $2k to choose to not accept if you don't feel the position is a fit. Pretty unexpected.
You can't prepare for the software test prior since it is their own proprietary software.
