To talk through my overall experience; behavioural questions eg how I would deal with certain situations and how I have dealt with specific scenarios in the past. Very example based. Strengths and weaknesses. What would I bring to the role? Managing a team. Very general questions but requiring the applicant to speak from personal experience.
