You're asked to describe your background, why you want the position, why you feel you'd be a good fit, etc. I was also asked about my strengths and weaknesses and whether I work better alone or with a group. My interviewer cared way more about having a conversation than drilling me, though, which was great: she was really only asking the "typical" interview questions to prompt conversation.
