There were few difficult questions, but more than a correct answer, we look for the approach the candidate is following. How logical/analytical is that. For example I remember a SQL query to find 5th highest number. With SQL Server, it was pretty much simple, using TOP on ordered data. However the managerial round interviews is Microsoft is what stands out in my opinion. These rounds actually tests the personality of the candidate, based on scenario questions. Again there is no right/wrong answer for such personality questions.

Manager interview(About 40 minutes) Firstly go through the cv, nothing too special. Then several behavioral questions like Describe a situation when you demonstrate leadership/teamwork/ Describe a situation when you failed. Describe a situation when you have to prioritize tasks. Then several questions about Deloitte like what do you think is the largest challenge facing Deloitte What do you know about Deloitte? Director interview(About 10 minutes) It's more like a small conversation, maybe testing your communication skills. But he did asked questions like what can you see yourself in 5 years time? And both of them asked me "Do you have any questions for us?" & “Why your second choice is taxation?”
