Basic questions on CMOS, flipflops, counters, circuit design. Mostly questions were about my research work, what instruments I used and why. Behavioral questions on why you want to work at Intel, what do you like most about working teams, what do you not like about working in teams.
The technical questions were from my resume. Know your projects thoroughly. Behavioral question were standard questions.
The conversation was stilted; hiring manager asked very few questions because they were unprepared for the interview.

From CIO: Which interview did you do best on, which was the toughest and why? Great question! It gave the CIO an assessment of my ability to read others in a conversational setting. Plus it allowed him to open a conversation around my skill set strengths and weaknesses. I'll be adding this to my question roster when I am interviewing candidates in the future!
